Loved this episode - a proper goldmine for anyone trying to stop overthinking and just start.
The bit about “treat everything like an experiment” hit home. It removes the pressure to get it perfect and gets you moving faster - and that’s half the battle.

(When I train teams on LinkedIn, I suggest:
↪️ Run a poll to test demand for your digital product idea
↪️ Post a draft title and ask for feedback in comments
↪️ Use the “Repost with your thoughts” feature to reframe older content into something new)
What’s been your most surprising “experiment” that actually worked?
Validation has always been a sticking point for me so the way you simplified that process and then gave a easily clear to create some digestible way that you can offer hit me just right.
It’s funny when you can hear something you know you’ve heard before but it’s framed and presented in such a way that is hits you so perfectly. That was you and that interview.
I enjoyed listening to this podcast. Great job, Landon and Jari! I definitely think that validating before creating is the way to go. It is hard, however, to do so with a small audience.
I enjoyed listening to this - reassuring and helpful.
My takeaways:
Not everything will work.
I need to put out breadcrumbs in advance of the course I want to develop, see which crumbs people pick up. Then I can put together a course that meets their needs.
