Thanks for the clarity @Jari Roomer

It makes sense to publish regular content which helps in DM conversations which then gets into high ticket coaching conversation. Love that approach.

I am looking to buy your Substack system course and I am having a eye on your Mini course accelerator program too..

Got 3 questions if you can help answer pls -

as i got zero followers in substack & just starting.. will it be good i first get ur substack system course, get some followers then get ur mini course accelerator to build launch a course?

Do you help clarify how to pick a niche in substack system course? As I am bit unclear what's my Niche

To be successful in substack - Do I need to also publish in social media platforms like X or LinkedIn consistently so can get more traffic to my substack newsletter/course or just publishing in substack is good enough? As it feels a bit overwhelming to publish in both substack and X/LinkedIn! Unless you reckon based on ur experience thats the best approach to monetise quickly.

Thanks for these articles.. helping a tonne!

Hi Arun! Let me answer your questions as best as possible.

It would indeed be best to join Substack System first, so you can build a following (it doesn't have to be a huge following, a few hundred subscribers is more than enough) and gather feedback from your audience to see what course they would love to buy from you.

After which, you can join Mini-Course Accelerator to actually build and launch this course - and make it as successful as possible.

In Substack System, we clarify how to pick your niche and what topics to focus your publication on, because this is the foundation of your Substack newsletter.

As for your last question, to be successful on Substack, you don't need to bother with any other platforms like X or LinkedIn.

You can use Substack's built-in growth features to get your first 1,000 - 10,000+ subscribers without being overwhelmed with any other social media platform.

(We don't create on X or LinkedIn either. We primarily focus on all the amazing growth features that Substack has to offer.)

I hope this helped you out!

I will also be sending you a DM right now to give you some more info on Substack System.

Hi Jari, I've been looking for the answers you just gave here, so thank you for that!

I have 2 questions, hope if you don't mind..

1- Yesterday I subscribed w.b.s (yearly) but something didn't work ( I paid with apple pay but my substack email is different than apple) so not sure how to fix it.

2- Could you please send me a DM about more info on Substack System, I'm very new to Substack and very much interested in the course but having difficulty to pick a niche.

Thank you so much, looking forward to hearing from you very soon!
