Sinem, "if people have to work to give you money, most of them won't bother" is one of those lines that sounds obvious the moment you read it but apparently isn't, given how many paid tiers are buried under three clicks and a prayer! The point about overthinking as a form of self-protection rather than actual preparation is also very real — it masquerades so convincingly as diligence. Of all the infrastructure pieces, which one do you find creators most consistently underestimate until it's pointed out to them?
