The idea of creating a "timeline" of my life to find unique stories and a strong message is brilliant!

I can't wait to try that exercise and see what hidden gems I discover about myself.

Thank you so much for sharing

I found the Unique Writing Proposition headline intriguing and was looking forward to it, but failed to see it in the content following schedules and platforms.

I probably overlooked it.

Great suggestions and motivation for "still a newbie." Thank you 😊

Ha, you're the second person mentioning this - I was thinking about writing an entire piece about the Unique Writing Proposition and now I know that I should! 😄

I've heard a lot of negativity around Medium recently. Good to hear you think it's still a platform worth writing on.

Love the encouragement here and the timeline concept and all that went with it (micro timelines, themes, defining and impactful moments) jump-started my brain. I hopped over to my notes and fleshed out a few ideas like a newsletter about my life called "I Have No Friends" and one about my somewhat hidden alter-life as a mom raising an autistic son, thinking I'll call it something like "Autism Shmautism" 😆. Anyway, great article for this beginning 50-something writer who's working on finding herself again and learning the ropes of this beast.

Your final conclusion was just spot on. You strengthened my beliefs.

And overall, it's a clear message on what I should be doing.

Thanks for sharing.

I don't have any hacks, I know there are people who have those things figured out, but I'm not one of them. However, Medium recently added a bunch of new countries to be supported in the Partner Program, have you checked the latest updates already? https://blog.medium.com/weve-added-77-countries-to-the-medium-partner-program-827a574fcdf0
