Thank you for these prompts.I have no problem at all asking for money. So far though what I have written are just musings and I wouldn't pay for them. As Jean says below. I am a fiction writer.Difficult to dream up a mini course, or even make videos etc. Don't worry, i'll keep trying, but it may be hamster wheelish.
Hi Jean! :) My work is 100% aimed to support nonfiction writers with the main goal of educating through their writing. Even though I'm sure that there are lots of synergies that can be applied to fiction writing, you'd definitely be better off studying fiction writers and learning from their best practices as well! :)
Brilliant insights Sinem on the mental shifts needed for Substack success! What resonated most with me was the distinction between creating content versus building assets-something I've experienced firsthand. The idea that "publishing more isn't the answer" challenges conventional wisdom in the best way.
I've found that treating writing as a service rather than pure self-expression completely transforms reader engagement. Your point about collaborations being the #1 growth driver aligns with what I've seen in my own work-the creators who thrive aren't lone wolves but community builders.
Very interesting and a great perspective
Thanks, Harriet! I'm glad this resonated with you! :)

Good points for everybody, but they're clearly aimed at writers of nonfiction. Any suggestions about how fiction writers can implement them?
