I’ll continue what I’ve been doing-posting once a week.

And I’ll comment more on other people‘s posts and reach out for collaborations and use Substack as my main platform of expression. That being said I think I’ll start offering courses and selling my coaching services on Substack.

I write about ADHD and overcoming obstacles and challenges as a creative person with ADHD.

That sounds like an exciting year ahead! Collaborations can be SO powerful on Substack (I guess this piece proves that 😄)

Some brilliant advice here. Thanks everyone for sharing. Orel's struck me in particular, and I am definitely going to increase my DM game in 2026. 🙏

Brilliant advice. Thank you everyone who contributed. Collaboration via guest posting is something I haven’t gotten into yet. So that’s the aim for 2026. Continue my lives, start a YouTube podcast, and collaborate 💕

The singular theme here seems to be build genuine relationships with people, and collaborate. Excellent write up and food for thought!

I'll be writing for pre-retirees about the mindset changes needed in retirement. Very specific focus.

I'll also be doing more Note posting, commenting on other writers posts and restaxking helpful posts.

That's an exciting niche, Jack. Thanks for sharing! :)

Great post!

In 2026 I will focus on more multimedia content for sure. I asked Santa some equipment :)

But my real focus will be on setting up a new revenue model.

Sinem Günel's avatar

That sounds exciting! What kind of equipment will you unpack? :)

I got an Amaran Ace 25x (small LED light)

I got a better lens for my Canon m50 (good video quality for Substack)

I got the DJI Mini Mic set

I also have a DJI Neo drone (not good quality, but it can play a role)

I had already some other recorders and mics in the case of hosting an impromptu podcast with someone in real life.

Exciting! I got the Sony ZV-E10 camera for YouTube recording. I also have the DJI Mini mic, but I'm using my Shure mic right now. I did, however, also order the Osmo Pocket 3 last night, which is supposed to pair well with the DJI Mic Mini. 😅 Definitely excited to dive even deeper into video as well!

That camera is great!

But I will invest on one better than the one I have after I build a workflow for me. I find video to be very difficult.

So far most of what I see in Substack is very much a conversation, and it just takes too long to get value out of that.

The risk I see, Substack can become a place for high quality video… and that is a high investment the small players cant afford.

I am creating some more digital guides that will be free or low cost. I want to help find the families that want help with their children and their relationships. I have more YouTube videos coming where I will interview people with stories that intrigue me. I have build a Stan store to house those in. I have some personal stories I am writing at the moment. I am just trying to keep learning and doing in the belief that I can build something online e that has value. Happy New Year to all!

WOW, looooved reading everyone's ideas here! I echo so many voices in that I'll be exploring Live more in 2026. I did my first one this month, and had so much fun! Such a great way to deepen trust with your audience, and show off your personality.
